私は、古荘本店 六代目として、「感動共創」という経営理念を掲げました。
それは、社員一人ひとりと、信頼なるパートナー企業の皆様とが志を同じくし、心を通わせながら、お客様の想像を凌駕する体験を共に創り出していくという「一心同体」の精神。

この理念を体現するブランドこそが「ubusuna(うぶすな)」。
“産土”という語に宿る、生まれ育った土地への敬意と祈りを込め、日本の風土が育んできた伝統技術を、衣服という形で未来へと紡ぎます。
温故知新の思想のもと、環境負荷を抑えた「土着の技」を纏う服作りを通じて、各地で失われつつある職人技と文化を守り抜く。
